Soba, along with Sushi and Tempura, is one of the famous Japanese traditional dishes. You probably have heard of it, seen it, or eaten it before.

Food Analyst Class

For the event, we have invited Food Analyst, Mr. Iwashina Koji, to teach us how to make Soba! You will also get the chance of tasting the soba you made!!

Date: 9/23 (Sat) Reception start 10:30 Event starts 11:00
Fee: Free for Club Smart members; ¥2500 for non-members
Place: 清新町コミュニティ会館 Seishincho Community Hall (Tokyo Metro Tozai Line, Nishikasai Station)
Please bring your club smart membership card, and an apron.

※Soba (buckwheat) is allergic, if you are allergic to soba, please do not register for this event. If you have not eaten soba before, please check if you are allergic to soba or not before register.

※Fail to show up on the day of the event without any notice, may affect your chances in the future.
